Very cool video! I think we have to save the oceans before we can build human structures in them though or there won’t be much life to see out the windows.
I’m working on a climate change project at my Civilianism website and I’m going to add this video just because it’s such a positive viewpoint of the future. It’s also why I love science fiction!

Neat. I think it would work if it several countries could work together on the project to avoid conflict. It is a shame that it would most likely take more time to get everyone to agree than it would to build it.
