Recycled Chopstick Art, Jewelry & Décor

How many different items can you make from chopsticks, and more importantly, will they end up looking like a second grader’s art project? If you buy them from Kwytza Kraft, you’ll have a stunning variety of practical and surprisingly stylish items to choose from.

Kwytza Kraft transforms single-use chopsticks into lamps, baskets, home décor and even jewelry. Founder Bryan Parks, an American who lived in China for several years, got the idea when he realized how many chopsticks were being thrown away by China’s burgeoning population. By some estimates, 25 million trees and bamboo plants are needed to support consumption of single-use chopsticks, which then end up in the trash.

These recycled accessories are made by collecting post-use chopsticks from restaurants and thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing them at extremely high temperatures and pressure.

Smart, unique, great looking recycled design – gotta love it!
